This logo was developed for NFL running back, David Johnson, early in his career. His nickname in college was “King David” which is why a crown was incorporated into the final design. The logo mark makes reference to this nickname as well as his initials and number (31). It is currently used as the official logo for his apparel as well as for his charity - The Mission 31 Foundation.
